12 Sefton 34Sefton took this re-arranged Division Two game at St Edwards.
Jude Garvey and Peter Stephenson went in for Saints with Tony Evans converting once. Sefton scored most of their points in the first half with two tries by John Fenton with Phil Evans and Billy Coulter also crossing.
A strong pushover try in the final minutes was touched down by Mark Tyms.

18 Crewe-Nantwich 5Sefton hunted down third placed Crewe with one of their best performances of the season. An early injury to kicker Phil Evans did not affect the flow and tries by Wayne Osborne and John Fenton secured the victory. The skipper also added to two penalties and a conversion.

13 Sefton 12Sefton may rue this result at the end of the season losing at bottom placed Ashton. Tries by Brian Gardner and Peter McBride put them firmly in charge going into the final quarter but a late score killed off the visitors

15 Warrington 10Sefton beat Warrington 15-10, Matt Thomas and Gareth Rogerson went over with Dave Almond kicking one conversion and a penalty. McDermott landed a penalty for Warrington and converted Sullivan's try.

37 St Edward's OB 10Sefton returned to winning ways in Division Two by 37-10 against bottom of the table St Edward's. John Fenton scored two tries with others coming from Brian Gardner, Tom Fletcher and Geraint Thomas. There was also a penalty-try and Phil Evans landed two conversions and a penalty.
