Tyldesley 52 Sefton 10

Sefton were hit by injuries which caused them to end up with 14 players as they lost 52-10 at Tyldesley in Sundays first round game in the Lancashire Trophy.

They were 15-0 down after 20 minutes and had to settle for tries by Peter McBride and Paul Walker. Best for Sefton were Ian Burns, McBride and Walker.
