MATCH NOTES
This afternoon we extend a warm welcome to Sefton, a club we have played twice before in this competition, the last time as recently as the 20th November 1994. The second round Lancashire Trophy tie was played here, with the Vale winning 45-18 in a sporting encounter. Our visitors play their league rugby in Cheshire and Lancashire South, last season winning 5 games.
